Simon Curtis (born March 18, 1986) is an American actor, singer-songwriter, writer and record producer. Born in Michigan and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma
Curtis won the "Get Famous" contest by Popstar magazine! Along with music producer Johnny Wright. She was also a finalist on the "Britney Spears Samsung Superstar Tour", made by Disney to create a song for Disneyland events. In his native Oklahoma, he was declared a "musical ambassador" and won the outstanding presentation at the University of Tulsa.
After participating in at least seven professional operas and musicals a year, Simon Curtis began venturing into pop music inspired by contemporary artists such as Britney Spears and N Sync. At age fifteen, Curtis recorded his first demos and introduced them to music producers who, despite praising his stage presence, were told that his voice sounded like a Broadway child. After these comments, Curtis began to take classes to aggravate his voice and stopped participating in musicals. The following year, already polishing its style, produced a new demo and participated for the first time in the composition of its subjects. At age 19, he was invited by his producer to live in Los Angeles to develop his career.
At the age of twenty, began the process of recording his first independent EP, called Alter boy. Simultaneously, Curtis participated in the creation of a theme for a Disneyland event. The subject, called Flashback, later became a charitable single for the Society Against Leukemia and Lymphomas of America.
